New Shanghai specialties
Dong Lai Shun
Dong Lai Shun at The Royal Garden has launched an array of new Shanghai specialties prepared by Head Chef Sze Chiu-kwan, available from February 17. This series integrates classic Shanghai dishes with modern cooking techniques, based on the characteristics of "rich spices and vibrant flavours". It combines seasonal ingredients with traditional methods to create ten exquisite dishes.
